We will send you an email when your order has been despatched. If you have entered a mobile number or email address at checkout you will receive a text message or email from our courier giving you options about you delivery.

Items are Missing From My Order

Please check that all the parcels in the consignment are present, Yours parcels can be split by the courier so they may arrive at different times. Your order should be accompanied with a despatch note which will list all the items to be delivered. If you are still missing items then please contact DPS with your order number and details of the items missing for investigation.

If you collected your order direct from DPS then please return to our warehouse for assistance.
